Roving Coach Hires New Relationship Rover to Handle Growing Clientele

RALEIGH, NC, August 13, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Roving Coach International, Inc. (RCI), an employee engagement company that is Creating World Peace in the Workplace by increasing employee engagement one employee at a time, has added Sandy Klein, a veteran sales leader, to the Roving Coach team.
Sandy is not just an employee...she's a former coaching client! Yes, Sandy is a true convert who was introduced to Roving Coach when the company she worked for began offering Roving Coach sessions to its employees as a benefit. This new benefit helped them learn how to help themselves work through their challenges and opportunities. Sandy's experience with her Roving Coach was so positive she decided to become trained in the proven coaching method used by RCI's Roving Coaches. Sandy's career includes sales representative, sales training, and sales leadership roles with Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Schwarz Pharma, Schering-Plough, and Muro Pharmaceuticals. What she realized from her Roving Coach sessions was that coaching really is a benefit and should be available to everyone.
Sandy is a well-rounded individual who exemplifies true leadership by leading by example. She is a positive, compassionate, self-motivated person with a zest for life! Sandy earned her Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She is currently attending iPEC—the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, from where she will receive her Coaching Certificate in March of 2012. Sandy has studied abroad in Como, Italy, and is fluent in Italian. She has also traveled extensively to Australia, France, Brazil, Prague, and Germany. Her passion is skiing out West in Utah, California, and Colorado. She enjoys high-energy workouts which include Zumba and Cardio Kickboxing classes.
