Local Graphic Design Firm Finds CO State DBE Program a "Game Changing" Play in Tough Times

The Program is administered by The Transportation Department in Colorado, and required by US Congress for public projects that utilize taxpayer funds. The DBE program provides Gallegos access to bid directly on large public projects, as well for the opportunity to subcontract services to other Certified DBE Organizations.
