She displays prudent governance in budgetary preparation and implementation as well as a dynamic, engaging, and strategic management style.

During her collegiate career, Annie earned a Master of Education degree in Vocational Education and Training from the University of Technology, Sydney. She also earned a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Nursing. Annie is a member of the World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology.
