Mount to distinguished ranks of leading professionals as a result of her remarkable work in referral marketing. Throughout her brilliant professional career, Cindy has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Cindy is an accomplished facilitator, speaker and trainer who has performed at numerous conferences, workshops, training events ranging from 10 to 500 people. She has been involved in all elements of the research, design, delivery and coordination of professional development workshops. Cindy assisted in the planning, development and implementation of employment equity programs in her role as Co-chair of the Aboriginal Outreach Committee. She also served as a team participant in the revision of the enforcement section of the Residential Rent Regulation Act when changing to the Rent Control Act.

In her current role as a Referral Engineer and Owner of Marketing by Referral, Cindy has been providing clients with professional training on the subject on referral marketing for the past 16 years. She is also a Professional Trainer with the Referral Institute in Toronto and serves as Managing Director of BNI GTA Plus. In addition, Cindy serves on the Board of Referees of Service Canada.

During her collegiate career, Cindy earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Alberta. She is the Co-Founder and past President of The Entrepreneurs Association in Peterborough. Cindy is also the former Director of the Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce, W.I.N.G.S., Junior Achievement, and the National Association of Professional Organizers. Additionally, she was a co-author of two New York Times Best Sellers on business marketing, entitled, Masters of Networking and Masters of Sales.
