Established in 1991, Hello Music Pty. Ltd. is a company which provides children's music education and entertainment. For the past 20 years, they have been providing innovative teaching programs and entertainment for children through their Hello Music Schools, music publications, award winning television shows and internationally acclaimed Live Interactive Cinema Show, Hello Music Land.

In addition to running Hello Music Pty. Ltd., Karen serves as President of the Korean Women's International Network, which is a global network of women of Korean descent, founded in 2001 by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Republic of South Korea, with the objective to strengthen the bond between Korean women worldwide. She is also Executive Co-Producer of InspirationalWomen.TV as well as Executive Producer/Director of RedOrange Productions.

During her collegiate career, Karen earned a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Melbourne. She also studied Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Swinburne University of Technology and she is in the process of earning a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Karen is a member of the International Women's Federation of Commerce and Industry.
