Phenomenal Poet Is Published In The Ranks Of Stanford Who's Who
Christopher F. Kuhl has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional professional career.

NORTH AURORA, IL, February 12, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Christopher F. Kuhl has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional professional career. As a Poet who has been writing for 40 years, Christopher has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Christopher has published two books of original writing entitled, Blood and Bone, River and Stone: Memoirs of Lewis County and Mom and Me. Her outstanding work also appears in the Spring 2006 issue of Prairie Schooner and the Easter 2006 Anglican Digest. In addition, some of the work from her two books appears in the ensemble known as hybrid writing by women. She has been the recipient of an award from the Mississippi Poetry Society for her writings.

Christopher taught Music Theory and History at Mississippi University for Women. She also taught English and Creative Writing at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. Christopher served as Poet-in-Residence several times at the Mary Anderson Center for the Arts in Indiana, and has taught workshops for younger students in Illinois and New York.

During her educational career, Christopher earned degrees in Philosophy and Music Composition at the State University of New York in Potsdam. She also attended Bowling Green University where she earned Master's degrees in Music Composition and Music History. Christopher went on to earn a PhD in the Interdisciplinary Arts at Ohio University.
