As the owner and principal instructional designer of her own consulting company, as well as throughout her impressive 25 plus years in the business, Barbara has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Barbara is involved in the design and development of online programs designed to assist people development managers in mid to large corporation to provide training and structured information to staffs. These self-paced e-learning guides allow her clients to learn at their own pace and convenience.

Barbara possesses extensive expertise in training and mentoring others. Her success stems from her willingness to take on new challenges and venture into new industry and technological areas as well as her belief that she can achieve whatever she sets out to achieve. In 2010, Barbara challenged two publishers/organizations that claimed ownership of her copyright since 2002, in the Federal Court of Australia and successfully received Judgment and Orders in her favor confirming her intellectual property as her copyright. Having the willingness, support and stamina as an individual to fight for her rights against organizations who bully individuals is an achievement that Barbara is incredibly proud of.

During her collegiate career, Barbara earned a Diploma in Teaching. She is a member of the Australian Society of Authors, Arts Law Centre of Australia, Vocation Education and Training Industry Group, and the Commercial Education Society of Australia. In addition, Barbara is an Author and Publisher Member of Copyright Agency Limited.
