Ivery began her career as a real estate professional by becoming a Listing Agent with Montgomery & Associates, where she sold homes for entities such as FANNIEMAE, FREDDIEMAC, Washington Mutual, Home Savings as well as many other Asset Management companies.

In 1992, Ivery started her own property management company where she managed corporate apartment buildings with as many as 90 units, as well as managing 36 separate buildings. In addition to being a real estate professional; Ivery is also a Paralegal who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Law.

Ivery has been the recipient of numerous awards from each corporate seller she has provided services to. She has been a member of the "Presidents" Club for most inventory sold for 8 consecutive years. Ivery has also been a top Mortgage Banker for Clarion Mortgage Capital and a member of CAMB & NAMB. She has served as a member of the Consolidated Realty Board for over 14 years including being 1st Vice President for 6 consecutive years.
