As Owner of Delite-Ful Bites for the past 6 years, Arletha has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Delite-Ful Bites is a high-quality service and customer satisfaction bakery that offers a wide variety of specialty cakes to their clients. They create cakes for all special occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and retirements. Arletha is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.

Arletha possesses extensive expertise in baking and decorating as well as sculpting and carving delicious specialty cakes for all occasions. She served in the United States Army and plans on attending a Culinary Arts school in the near future. Arletha is actively involved in fundraising and coordination for the Family Readiness Group.
