She had additionally ventured out on her own and became the owner and CEO of Thistlecreek Health Care Ltd., an allied in home care agency. Over the past 16 years, she has accrued valuable experience in executive management, finished a long term care management program with certification, and achieved great professional success.

Ms. Zatrak, who belongs to the Oakville Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and Alzheimer's Foundation of Canada, shares her expertise through an online resource for elderly and dementia care, called BoomertoBoomerOnline.
