She now thrives in her fifth year as company owner, a position that holds her responsible for managing all operations, overseeing financial activity and facilitating employee relations. She also meets potential residents, ensures the company's compliance with state and federal guidelines and oversees the provision of skilled nursing, occupational, respite care, and physical and speech therapy.

Named Cambridge Publishing's 2009 Professional of the Year in Home Healthcare Services, Ms. Moore is distinguished by her drive, determination and pioneering spirit.
