Ms. Schulz has gained 11 years of experience in the food service industry. She uses her expertise in "people relations" in her roles as general manager and officer manager of the Perkins Restaurant and Bakery in Willmar, Minn., a family-friendly restaurant that provides personalized service and high-quality food at a great value. Excelling both in customer relations and human resources functions, Ms. Schulz oversees all aspects of the restaurant, monitors labor and sick calls, handles bookkeeping and ensures that food items are in place. Though she works from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., she is dedicated to staying on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In recognition of her commitment and high level of service, Ms. Schulz was recently recognized as a VIP member of Cambridge Who's Who.
