During her collegiate career, Jane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Metallurgy, a Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Bachelor of Science, graduating with Honors and a University Medal in Psychology from the University of Newcastle. She is a Fellow of Australia Human Resource Institute. Jane is also a member of the Australia Psychological Society, Australia Institute of Company Directors, and the College of Organisational Psychologists.
