She works with vendors, ensures that project timelines are met, contacts contractors, and monitors all aspects of assigned projects. While her interest in the field motivated her to start her career, she attributes the bulk of her success to her detail-oriented nature, which is crucial in her position.

Ms. McHugh is pursuing a Master of Business Administration, having received a Bachelor of Science from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. She is a member of Habitat for Humanity of Westchester, Inc., Professional Women in Construction, and the U.S. Green Building Council. In years to come, Ms. McHugh intends to become LEED certified and earn a Master of Business Administration.
