De Serto-Cohen, Business Operations Consultant and Technical Writer for Strategic Operations Processes, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Operations Management. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Ms. De Serto-Cohen specializes in operations development and translation for those of varying backgrounds. Her company is divided into two divisions. The first division focuses on business operations, change management and project management including analysis and trending of performance indicators, development and implementation of efficient business management strategies, protocol design and implementation, timeline management and training. The second division of Ms. De Serto-Cohen's company focuses on technical writing of corporate and regulatory documents, clinical research, trials and marketing materials. Ms. De Serto-Cohen manages a wide range of responsibilities that change on a daily basis. She fields questions for medical and business procedures, regulatory compliance and documentation, audits current processes, and creates new processes for companies undergoing reorganization. She possesses a thorough understanding of process creation, writing, analysis, developing, teaching and auditing.


In 1990, Ms. De Serto-Cohen graduated from Loyola University with an MBA in operations and marketing. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and biochemistry from the University of St. Frances. Currently, she is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma master black belt in operations management. Her career achievements include being published in three referred medical journals, and in industry specific publications; she has written approximately 20 operations management and risk management articles. Prior to working in her current capacity, Ms. De Serto-Cohen worked with Abott Laboratories and received an Employee Excellence Award for the development and implementation of a centralized process for managing the distribution and archival of expedited safety reports. In the years to come, she hopes to begin consulting on an international level.
