A former Vice President of Legal and Marketing for an Independent Oil and Gas Exploration and Production company, and more recently a former Adjunct Professor of Oil and Gas Law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Ms. Vural has applied her knowledge to benefit the clients of her new firm, which opened its doors in April, 2011, and currently employs 12 attorneys. Her expertise spans from mergers and acquisitions to contracts to Oil and Gas title opinions and related issues. As the owner of Vural Law Firm, she manages and represents the firm, approving opinions, interacting with clients, attending closings, generating and reviewing documents, and performing evaluations.

In 1980, Ms. Vural earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of Maryland, followed five years later with a JD from the Seattle University School of Law. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Washington State Bar Association. She was also listed in the Who's Who Worldwide Registry of Business Leaders from 1994 to 1995.
