For the past decade, Mrs. Killion has honed her expertise in HRIS and business analysis. She began her career in marketing and later found her niche in human resource information systems. Mrs. Killion brings her experience and skills to the role as the HRIS & business analyst for Missouri Botanical Garden. Her position entails performing human resource and business analysis, overseeing project management systems, and marrying HR with technology. She also handles the leveraging and training of human capital. Ms. Killion has served in this capacity since September 2010.

In 1999, Ms. Killion earned an MBA in International Business from Webster University. As member of the Professional Organization of Women, she attributes her succses to communication and teamwork.
